FPS Magazine / ezine is published quarterly by PMDC. Main location is 1011 Eisenhower Blvd. Johnstown, PA 15904, (814) 269-4653. Reprinting in whole or in part is strictly forbidden unless written permission is granted by the publisher.

FPS reserves the right to refuse or accept user-submitted articles or editorials on a first comes first serve basis.

Any submission to FPS will become the sole property of FPS for publication in this magazine or any other publication FPS or any of its subsidiaries for any purpose. Credit shall be given, to the writer of such articles, with the name or alias which ever is provided, in print under the title of the article or editorial. If the publisher of FPS chooses to use said text, and distributed in either .pdf or print, payment to the creator of the article shall be issued to address provided.

Payment will be the following: 1 (one) box of Ultimate BB’s (5000 count with a MSRP or $49.99) for which the receiver can do with what s/he wishes. There are no limits to how many articles one may submit, or limit on words or images. FPS also reserves the right to change any submitted text to fit the magazine and size constraints. In addition, any images submitted to FPS will also conform to the above rules.
